Meet Our Lititz Dental Team
Like any profession, dentistry requires hard work and a commitment to continuous learning to be successful. Dr. Moriarty embraces this opportunity and pursues in excess of 100 hours of continuing education every year. He is a member of two of the most prestigious professional development programs in the US – the Kois Center and the Spear Institute – and he is a frequent contributor to Fox 43 News. Most importantly, this commitment provides our patients with an unmatched level of clinical care.
Evelyn, Director of Operations
Evelyn has an uncanny ability to create a warm and fun office atmosphere. She is our cheerleader and team captain. She has worked in different aspects of dentistry since 1995 and has spent a great deal of time learning about the art and skill of delivering exceptional dental care and its benefits for individuals physical and mental health. Evelyn has had advanced training in not only office management but in clinical dentistry as well. Her knowledge makes her our best resource when it comes to treatment planning, insurance benefits and budgeting. She is always looking for the “out of the box” approach to help patients attain the dentistry they desire.
She graduated from Solanco High School and Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s Dental Assisting Program. She lives in Quarryville with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, shopping and lazy summer days at the pool.
Alexis, Office Manager
Alexis spent most of her childhood in Lancaster County before relocating to Palm Springs, California where she lived for five years. She moved back to Pennsylvania as a teenager and then graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2008.
Alexis always had a passion and desire to work in the healthcare field. The gratification of helping others improve their smiles and self-confidence is what drove her to pursue a career in dental office management. She comes to work every day with an infectious smile and love for her job. Her favorite part of her day is interacting with patients and ensuring that each patient has the most positive and comfortable experience possible.
Alexis lives in the Terre Hill area with her husband, Zach. She is a huge foodie and strives to visit as many new restaurants as possible. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys baking and cooking delightful dishes, hiking with her husband and German Shepherd, Roux or curling up on the couch with a good book.
Adrienne, Director of Marketing
Adrienne brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and business development to Mor Smiles. She has a diverse background which includes dentistry, healthcare and banking. Adrienne works to create purposeful relationships and is driven to make a difference in people’s lives each and every day. She is both creative and passionate in her work and looks forward to assisting Mor Smiles to create further brand recognition. Adrienne is excited to work with such a dedicated team of professionals and cannot wait to meet you at your next visit!
Adrienne volunteers for The Parkesburg Point and also the Women in Business Mentoring Program through the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She currently resides in East Earl with her husband, Brian and their 28-pound cat, Merlin. Their son, Aidan, graduated cum laude from Penn State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a concentration in Economics. In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys exercising, reading, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Pam, Accounts Payable Manager/HR Assistant
Pam graduated from the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center Dental Assisting program in 2014. She served as our Financial Coordinator in our Ephrata office for about a year and was able to create meaningful relationships with our patients, guide them through their treatment process and help them achieve their dental goals. Her attention to detail and love of numbers made her the perfect choice for our Accounts Payable Manager/HR Assistant. Pam works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that the day to day bookkeeping is in order for both of our practices. She also works to maintain proper HR legal compliance and support our employees' experiences across the organization.
In her free time, Pam enjoys hiking, watching documentaries, spending time with family and friends, and visiting her second home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Unless, however, it's football season, then you will find her cheering on her favorite Nittany Lions in Happy Valley! WE ARE...PENN STATE!
Brittany, Patient Advocate
Brittany is originally from Savannah, GA and she will welcome you to Mor Smiles with her quintessential southern charm. She serves as our Patient Advocate so her smiling face will greet you as soon as you enter our practice! Brittany married her best friend and soul mate, Zeppelin, in 2012 and they have three beautiful, intelligent daughters; Kaydence, Madison and Zoe. She has a dog named Oliver, two identical cats named Dixie and Savannah and a little guinea pig named, Marshall. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, listening to live country music, having BBQs and Low Country Boils (she can fill you in on what those are), snowboarding, refinishing furniture and just spending as much time as possible with her family. Brittany also loves St. Patrick’s Day and most people aren’t aware that Savannah puts on quite a show for the shamrock clad holiday. At over 200 years old, Savannah’s St. Patrick’s celebration is one of the largest in the country, second only to New York City. Irish roots run deep in Savannah, as well as in the rest of the state of Georgia.
Amy, Dental Hygienist
Amy is a 2011 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. After graduation, she headed to Williamsport, PA to pursue her credentials as a Registered Dental Hygienist. As a child, she always enjoyed her trips to the dentist and orthodontist office. Having orthodontic needs herself, she appreciates the value of what a beautiful smile can do for a person’s self-confidence. After shadowing a dental hygienist in high school, she knew the dental field was where she wanted to be.
Amy enjoys assisting people to alleviate their fear and anxiety of going to the dentist and helping them understand the importance of attending their routine checkups. She loves working with patients of all ages, meeting new people, building rapport and cultivating meaningful relationships. She feels Mor Smiles is a great fit for her because the practice is committed to providing the very best patient experiences and she has so much fun working with her crazy team members.
In her spare time, she loves hiking at Blue Marsh Lake with her dog, Tucker and spending time with her family. Her love for dogs has inspired her to one day achieve her Service Dog Certification. She believes dogs are a great stress reliever for all of us, especially patients. In the summer, you’ll find Amy enjoying long weekend getaways to the beach spending every minute possible soaking up sun in the sand.
Haley, Dental Hygienist
Haley grew up in Coatesville before moving to East Earl in 2005 and is a 2012 graduate of Garden Spot High School. After high school, she pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA.
Haley’s love for dentistry began as a child as she loved going to the dentist. She enjoys helping her patients improve their smiles and educating them on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene. Her positive energy is contagious and she helps energize the entire Mor Smiles team!
In Haley’s spare time she enjoys dancing. She, in fact, has been dancing for 17 years! She also enjoys going to concerts with her friends & her favorite artists are Dave Matthews and Kenny Chesney. She’s an avid Philly sports fan, who enjoys watching and attending Flyers, Eagles and Phillies games.
Melissa, Dental Hygienist
Melissa is one of our dedicated hygienists and provides thorough, compassionate care to all of our patients. She graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2013 and then attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2016 to acquire her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Melissa’s childhood hygienist, who served as her mentor, was the reason she opted to pursue a career in dentistry. She enjoys caring for and educating her patients, so they understand the overall connection between oral and systemic health.
Melissa is proud to call Lititz home and enjoys the plethora of shops and restaurants available downtown and thoroughly enjoys the charm Lititz offers to its residents and visitors alike. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, attending concerts, taking beach trips and cheering for the E-A-G-L-E-S!
Allen, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Allen is a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and also serves as our Clinical Coordinator. He grew up in East Earl and is a graduate of Garden Spot High School. After high school, Allen pursued his dental career at York Technical Institute. He says he chose the dental field because he felt it is both challenging & rewarding. “When you help a patient who has been in pain and he or she leaves the office with a smile, it’s well worth all the work and effort.” Allen enjoys meeting new people, working to achieve practice goals and meeting patients’ treatment expectations.
When not in the office, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and jet skiing with his wife. He’s a connoisseur of Mediterranean Cuisine and homemade lasagna. His hobbies include reading business books and he’s also an avid car enthusiast.
Stephanie, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Stephanie was born in Hartford, CT but was raised in Lancaster County. She graduated from Hempfield High School and in 2014 she pursued her Dental Assistant Accreditation at York Technical Institute (YTI). After three years in the dental field, she decided to go back to YTI to pursue and obtain her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license.
Stephanie's sweet smile and her kind demeanor help our patients feel relaxed and at ease when they visit our office. She loves working with patients on a daily basis to help understand their specifics wants and needs and ultimately to help them achieve the smile of their dreams.
She is a dedicated mommy to three beautiful children and she spends as much time as possible with them. She is also a car enthusiast, loves trying new recipes, enjoys doing arts & crafts, hiking, watching weird documentaries and she is also obsessed with elephants.
Jeff, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Jeff was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Lancaster County. He graduated from McCaskey High School in 2016 and then attended Lancaster County Career & Technology Center for dental assisting. He then pursued and obtained his Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license in 2018 from Berks Technical Institute.
In his spare time he likes hanging out with friends, going to Yankees baseball games, traveling to visit his family in the Dominican Republic and of course he also loves eating authentic Dominican food as well!
Hannah, Certified Dental Assistant
Hannah was born and raised in Lititz and is a 2013 graduate of Warwick High School. After graduation, she pursued her Dental Assistant Accreditation at York Technical Institute.
Hannah brings a smile to work each and every day and is passionate about helping her patients achieve the greatest experience possible. She claims her interest in the dental field began while completing a middle school project on dentistry. She always enjoyed visiting the dentist as a child and leaving with a fresh, clean smile. Working at Mor Smiles has allowed her to meet new people and she enjoys working with the entire team. She is determined to help patients improve their smiles and overcome any dental anxieties they might have.
In Hannah’s spare time she loves to hike and explore the outdoors. She’s also a huge country music enthusiast and attends concerts whenever she can. As long as she’s spending time with her family and friends, she’s smiling. Her ideal meal consists of pizza and ice cream and her favorite television show is Grey’s Anatomy.
