Meet Our Lititz Dental Team
Like any profession, dentistry requires hard work and a commitment to continuous learning to be successful. Dr. Moriarty embraces this opportunity and pursues in excess of 100 hours of continuing education every year. He is a member of two of the most prestigious professional development programs in the US – the Kois Center and the Spear Institute – and he is a frequent contributor to Fox 43 News. Most importantly, this commitment provides our patients with an unmatched level of clinical care.
Evelyn, Practice Administrator
Evelyn has an uncanny ability to create a warm and fun office atmosphere. She is our cheerleader and team captain. She has worked in different aspects of dentistry since 1995 and has spent a great deal of time learning about the art and skill of delivering exceptional dental care and its benefits for individuals physical and mental health. Evelyn has had advanced training in not only office management but in clinical dentistry as well. Her knowledge makes her our best resource when it comes to treatment planning, insurance benefits and budgeting. She is always looking for the “out of the box” approach to help patients attain the dentistry they desire.
She graduated from Solanco High School and Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s Dental Assisting Program. She lives in Quarryville with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, shopping and lazy summer days at the pool.
Alexis, Office Manager
Alexis spent most of her childhood in Lancaster County before relocating to Palm Springs, California where she lived for five years. She moved back to Pennsylvania as a teenager and then graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2008.
Alexis always had a passion and desire to work in the healthcare field. The gratification of helping others improve their smiles and self-confidence is what drove her to pursue a career in dental office management. She comes to work every day with an infectious smile and love for her job. Her favorite part of her day is interacting with patients and ensuring that each patient has the most positive and comfortable experience possible.
Alexis lives in the Terre Hill area with her husband, Zach. She is a huge foodie and strives to visit as many new restaurants as possible. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys baking and cooking delightful dishes, hiking with her husband and German Shepherd, Roux or curling up on the couch with a good book.
Adrienne, Director of Marketing
Adrienne brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and business development to Mor Smiles. She has a diverse background which includes dentistry, healthcare and banking. Adrienne works to create purposeful relationships and is driven to make a difference in people’s lives each and every day. She is both creative and passionate in her work and looks forward to assisting Mor Smiles to create further brand recognition. Adrienne is excited to work with such a dedicated team of professionals and cannot wait to meet you at your next visit!
Adrienne volunteers for The Parkesburg Point and also the Women in Business Mentoring Program through the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She currently resides in East Earl with her husband, Brian and their 28-pound cat, Merlin. Their son, Aidan, is a senior at Penn State and is studying Political Science and Economics. In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys exercising, reading, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Katrina, Financial Coordinator
Katrina is our Financial Coordinator and joined the Mor Smiles team in 2016. She has a strong background in all things insurance and is your “go to” person to help you navigate your dental benefits. Her compassion and attention to detail makes her a perfect match for our Mor Smiles team.
She is a 2007 graduate of Manheim Central High School, where she cheered for her beloved Barons football team. After high school, Katrina attended South University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management in 2011. Katrina currently lives in East Earl with her husband, Ross, her two children, Kendal and Brody and her English bulldog, Crosworth. In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening and cheering for the Oakland Raiders.
Brittany, Patient Advocate
Brittany is originally from Savannah, GA and she will welcome you to Mor Smiles with her quintessential southern charm. She serves as our Patient Advocate so her smiling face will greet you as soon as you enter our practice! Brittany married her best friend and soul mate, Zeppelin, in 2012 and they have three beautiful, intelligent daughters; Kaydence, Madison and Zoe. She has a dog named Oliver, two identical cats named Dixie and Savannah and a little guinea pig named, Marshall. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, listening to live country music, having BBQs and Low Country Boils (she can fill you in on what those are), snowboarding, refinishing furniture and just spending as much time as possible with her family. Brittany also loves St. Patrick’s Day and most people aren’t aware that Savannah puts on quite a show for the shamrock clad holiday. At over 200 years old, Savannah’s St. Patrick’s celebration is one of the largest in the country, second only to New York City. Irish roots run deep in Savannah, as well as in the rest of the state of Georgia.
Kasey, Hygiene Coordinator
Kasey is one of the newest members of our team and she brings a great deal of enthusiasm and energy to our office. She is a 2010 graduate of Avon Grove High School and has worked in dentistry since 2016. Kasey is kind and compassionate and always provides the highest level of customer service to our patients. She works diligently to support our hygiene team and is committed to helping patients understand their specific dental needs, assisting them with proper treatment planning to ultimately attain the smiles they desire. Her outgoing personality shines through in her vivacious smile and her laughter is contagious.
Kasey married the love of her life, best friend, Cody in March of 2018. They enjoy spending as much time together as possible, firing up the grill for backyard BBQs and entertaining family and friends at their home. Kasey loves to whip up new dishes and is a bit obsessed with searching for new, tantalizing recipes on Pinterest.
Amy, Dental Hygienist
Amy is a 2011 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. After graduation, she headed to Williamsport, PA to pursue her credentials as a Registered Dental Hygienist. As a child, she always enjoyed her trips to the dentist and orthodontist office. Having orthodontic needs herself, she appreciates the value of what a beautiful smile can do for a person’s self-confidence. After shadowing a dental hygienist in high school, she knew the dental field was where she wanted to be.
Amy enjoys assisting people to alleviate their fear and anxiety of going to the dentist and helping them understand the importance of attending their routine checkups. She loves working with patients of all ages, meeting new people, building rapport and cultivating meaningful relationships. She feels Mor Smiles is a great fit for her because the practice is committed to providing the very best patient experiences and she has so much fun working with her crazy team members.
In her spare time, she loves hiking at Blue Marsh Lake with her dog, Tucker and spending time with her family. Her love for dogs has inspired her to one day achieve her Service Dog Certification. She believes dogs are a great stress reliever for all of us, especially patients. In the summer, you’ll find Amy enjoying long weekend getaways to the beach spending every minute possible soaking up sun in the sand.
Haley, Dental Hygienist
Haley grew up in Coatesville before moving to East Earl in 2005 and is a 2012 graduate of Garden Spot High School. After high school, she pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA.
Haley’s love for dentistry began as a child as she loved going to the dentist. She enjoys helping her patients improve their smiles and educating them on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene. Her positive energy is contagious and she helps energize the entire Mor Smiles team!
In Haley’s spare time she enjoys dancing. She, in fact, has been dancing for 17 years! She also enjoys going to concerts with her friends & her favorite artists are Dave Matthews and Kenny Chesney. She’s an avid Philly sports fan, who enjoys watching and attending Flyers, Eagles and Phillies games.
Melissa, Dental Hygienist
Melissa is one of our dedicated hygienists and provides thorough, compassionate care to all of our patients. She graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2013 and then attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2016 to acquire her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Melissa’s childhood hygienist, who served as her mentor, was the reason she opted to pursue a career in dentistry. She enjoys caring for and educating her patients, so they understand the overall connection between oral and systemic health.
Melissa is proud to call Lititz home and enjoys the plethora of shops and restaurants available downtown and thoroughly enjoys the charm Lititz offers to its residents and visitors alike. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, attending concerts, taking beach trips and cheering for the E-A-G-L-E-S!
Allen, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Allen is a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and also serves as our Clinical Coordinator. He grew up in East Earl and is a graduate of Garden Spot High School. After high school, Allen pursued his dental career at York Technical Institute. He says he chose the dental field because he felt it is both challenging & rewarding. “When you help a patient who has been in pain and he or she leaves the office with a smile, it’s well worth all the work and effort.” Allen enjoys meeting new people, working to achieve practice goals and meeting patients’ treatment expectations.
When not in the office, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and jet skiing with his wife. He’s a connoisseur of Mediterranean Cuisine and homemade lasagna. His hobbies include reading business books and he’s also an avid car enthusiast.
Xiomara, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Xiomara, also known as Xio, is a 2003 graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. She has worked in the dental field since 2005 and in 2015 she worked to earn her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license from York Technical Institute. Xio is committed to providing quality dentistry and works closely with our dentists to ensure the best possible care for each of our patients. She loves making our patients feel more comfortable and helping them attain the smiles they have always dreamed of.
Xio married her best friend, Kevin, in 2013 and enjoys spending as much time as she can with him and their beautiful Pitbull, named China. She is obsessed with the beauty universe and loves to experiment with makeup application techniques and nail designs.
Christina, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Christina, also known as Chrissy, is a 2012 graduate of Manheim Township High School. After graduation, she attended Lancaster County Career and Technology Center to pursue her dental assisting career. In 2015, she returned to further her career and earned her Expanded Functions License. She knew she was meant to be in the dental field to help patients achieve the smiles they have always dreamed of! Christina is committed to making patients feel confident, comfortable, and giving them her absolute all. She enjoys giving patients the ultimate dental visit experience.
In Christina’s spare time, she enjoys spending all her time with her family and watching movies. She loves keeping up with the latest hair and make-up trends and is addicted to Pinterest. Christina is also a proud new mom and is absolutely OBSESSED with her new bundle of joy!
Hannah, Certified Dental Assistant
Hannah was born and raised in Lititz and is a 2013 graduate of Warwick High School. After graduation, she pursued her Dental Assistant Accreditation at York Technical Institute.
Hannah brings a smile to work each and every day and is passionate about helping her patients achieve the greatest experience possible. She claims her interest in the dental field began while completing a middle school project on dentistry. She always enjoyed visiting the dentist as a child and leaving with a fresh, clean smile. Working at Mor Smiles has allowed her to meet new people and she enjoys working with the entire team. She is determined to help patients improve their smiles and overcome any dental anxieties they might have.
In Hannah’s spare time she loves to hike and explore the outdoors. She’s also a huge country music enthusiast and attends concerts whenever she can. As long as she’s spending time with her family and friends, she’s smiling. Her ideal meal consists of pizza and ice cream and her favorite television show is Grey’s Anatomy.
Jalisa, Certified Dental Assistant
Jalisa graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2009 and then attended Berks Technical Institute in 2016 where she received her Chairside Dental Assisting certification. You will have the opportunity to meet Jalisa chairside when you visit our practice. She feels honored to have the opportunity to care for our patients at Mor Smiles and absolutely loves what she does. Jalisa pursued a career in dentistry because of her own personal experiences with dental treatment. As a child, she always had favorable experiences in the dental office but understood that many individuals do suffer from dental anxiety. Jalisa has a very calm demeanor and works to understand our patients’ fears and concerns to help alleviate and ultimately overcome their anxieties.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active by hiking and biking, spending time with her longtime boyfriend, hanging out with friends and traveling to new places to fulfill her sense of adventure.
